He installed recessed lights, drywall, painted walls and ceiling, custom woodwork finish (Bookshelf, stairs and bench) I was joking with him before he finished that we would really miss his company. “I couldn’t recommend Josh enough. He was hired to switch out 26 single pane glass windows for double pane vinyl windows. He was extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter. It was clear from the start that he was advocating the best options for me rather than overselling something I didn’t need. Josh was great with communication, always updating me on any news from window sizing through the delivery and install process. There were a few manufacturing hiccups that he recognized during the unboxing and install, he promptly got in touch with them to correct the error. Working with Josh was a 5/5 experience, I felt as though I could trust him to complete the job to its fullest potential without having to constantly check in and verify the work was done right. “Josh has completed multiple projects at my home over the past several years; composite decking with stairs and aluminum railings, custom ceramic tile tub surround, new window installation, LVT plank flooring installation, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc. I was impressed from the first day when Josh answered my call. “I bought a 2004 SANTE in 2023 and it's been fantastic but I needed help with replacing a few factory parts as the boat is 20 years old. The tensioner pulley arm, alternator and belt tensioner all needed to be replaced and Josh was not only able to identify these potential problems areas, but help me track down SKUs and retailers to keep my overall costs as low as possible. I use JPD now for all boat parts replacements (almost time for gauges) and basic annual care. He's super knowledgeable and capable and has never tried to upsell me on stuff I don’t need.”
